Phone.com calling inside Pipedrive - coming soon

Keep the Phone.com numbers, plan and phones you already have. Dial Pipes puts click-to-call in Pipedrive and logs every call for you - with the recording, voicemail and an AI summary right on the deal.

  • No new carrier and no number porting
  • Recordings play inside Pipedrive
  • Free transcription hours, per-company AI controls

How it works

Three steps, all inside the tools you already use.

  1. Install Dial Pipes in Pipedrive

Add the app to your Pipedrive company and choose it as your calling app. No browser extension to roll out.

  2. Connect your Phone.com account

An admin connects Phone.com once and matches each Pipedrive user to their Phone.com extension and caller ID. Your numbers, call flows and devices stay exactly as they are.

  3. Call - everything logs itself

Click any phone number in Pipedrive. Your Phone.com phone rings, then dials the contact. When the call ends, the call log, recording and AI summary appear on the person, deal or lead.

Everything a call should leave behind

Built for Pipedrive teams that already run their phones on Phone.com.

  • Click-to-call

Call from any phone number or the Calls tab in Pipedrive, using your Phone.com extension and caller ID.

  • Automatic call logging

Inbound and outbound calls are logged on the matching person, deal or lead with direction, duration and outcome.

  • Recordings in Pipedrive

The recording is attached to the call log and plays inside Pipedrive - not just a link to another tool.

  • Voicemail logging

Voicemails are logged as "left voicemail" with the audio attached, so nothing waits in a separate inbox.

  • AI transcripts and summaries

Each recorded call is transcribed and summarized into the call note. Free Azure AI Speech hours are used first, with Whisper as a fallback.

  • Per-company AI controls

Admins choose Off, free hours only, Whisper only or Auto, and can switch AI summaries on or off.

  • Call outcomes

Outcomes such as connected, no answer, busy or left voicemail are set for you, and you can correct them after the call.

  • Video meetings

How Dial Pipes compares

Pipedrive has no built-in calling of its own; you pick a calling app from its Marketplace [1]. The popular ones bring their own phone service. Dial Pipes is the one built for teams that want to keep Phone.com.

  • Keep your Phone.com numbers

No new carrier, no porting, no second phone bill. Every other calling app in this table needs its own telephony or account.

  • Recordings that play in Pipedrive

Audio is attached to the call log, voicemails too - not a link out to another dashboard.

  • AI without a higher tier

Transcripts and summaries are part of Dial Pipes. Elsewhere they sit in a top plan or a paid add-on [3][5][6].

  • You control AI per company

Free transcription hours first, Whisper only if you allow it, or AI off entirely.

  • Video meetings from Pipedrive

Phone.com video meetings created from Pipedrive activities, with a Join link.

Questions

Do I need to change phone providers or port my numbers?

No. Dial Pipes connects to the Phone.com account you already have. Your numbers, extensions, call flows and devices stay the same.

Which Phone.com and Pipedrive accounts work?

You need a Phone.com business account with extensions for your users, and a Pipedrive company where an admin can install apps. We will publish exact plan requirements before launch.

How does click-to-call work?

Click a phone number in Pipedrive. Dial Pipes asks Phone.com to ring your own extension first; when you pick up, it dials the contact with your chosen caller ID.

What gets logged in Pipedrive?

For each call: direction, duration, outcome, the recording (if recording is on in Phone.com), a link to the right person, deal or lead, and an AI summary in the note if AI is on. Voicemails are logged with their audio.

How do the free transcription hours and AI controls work?

Transcription uses free Azure AI Speech hours first. If those run out, Whisper can take over - only if your admin allows it. Each company chooses Off, free hours only, Whisper only or Auto, and can turn AI summaries off.

Where is my data kept?

Dial Pipes runs on Microsoft Azure in the US. Recordings are passed from Phone.com straight to Pipedrive and are not kept by Dial Pipes. AI processing uses Microsoft Azure AI services; we do not send your calls to other AI vendors.

When does it launch, and what will it cost?

We are finishing the build now. Pricing will be one simple, flat plan, announced at launch - and everyone on the waitlist gets 15% off.
